Therapeutic Bodywork
Bodywork is used for many different health benefits! As Natural Health Educators, we use it to assess for any abnormalities - such as inflammation, tension, tight muscles - and to provide therapeutic purposes. Bodywork (also known as massage) can be used to promote relaxation, improve circulation, improve lymphatic drainage, relieve muscle tension, and more! A bodywork session consists of an interview to assess needs/issue, followed by either a limited or full body massage, depending on session length. Add an essential oil to your session for an extra aromatherapy or topical therapeutic purpose! *Please be prepared to undress down to underwear - you will be draped at all times for privacy and modesty. You may choose to stay clothed for personal, but be aware it may limit what can be done during your session (i.e. can't apply deep pressure, limit back work, etc.).* *You will be provided a private area to undress* Add Essential Oil to Bodywork $5
