Cancellation Policy

It is required to cancel/reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. No Shows are absolutely not tolerated. If a No Show occurs, it is up to our discretion whether or not to book you any future appointments with us. Cancellations made on the calendar date of your appointment are considered No Shows. In an instance where a no show fee (100% of your scheduled service(s) is issued, it is required to be paid. Failure to complete payment results in not being scheduled any future appointments with us.
